To prevent mold growth in the humid climate of the mountain and keep the rooms smelling fresh, the hotel fitted all the rooms with wood floor and thoughtful amenities. Moreover, Gau Shan Ching Hotel is one of the few hotels in Alishan that equipped with heating. The heater will turn on automatically when the temperature drops below 7℃. (Heating available: the end of November to the end of April, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM the next day. The hours may be adjusted in different seasons.)

- Cancellation on check-in date or no show is subject to a fee of 100% of payment.
- Cancellation on 1 to 3 days before check-in is subject to a fee of 50% of payment.
- Cancellation on 4 to 6 days before check-in is subject to a fee of 30% of payment.
- Cancellation on 7 days before check-in is subject to a fee of 10% of payment.
- No changes allowed on and after 3 days before check-in.
- You can only change a reservation once. Modified orders cannot be canceled.
